30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • It must be in a resalable condition.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Items marked as "final sale" or "clearance."
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).
  • Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

How to Start a Return

  4. Please do not send items back to us without first requesting an RMA. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), Tell Zane will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size ordered), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo an inspection to ensure it meets our return conditions. We will send you an email notification once your return has been received and inspected, informing you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund as well.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and cover the shipping costs for damaged or defective goods.
